Cuddihy Field
The Cuddihy airfield was part of the ‘university of the air’ surrounding Corpus Christi, Texas during World War II. Thousands of naval aviators went through training at Cuddihy. The new owners of the 300 acre Cuddihy field are seeking to adaptively re-use these beautiful buildings while staying true to their industrial origin. Phase Zero including remediation of existing historic smokestack has begun.
