¡Viva Czech Mex! A locally sourced San Antonio inspired kolache bakery needed simple local architecture that reinforced its delicious core mission. The project is simple, spare and meant to bolster its historic context in a 1920’s building on the old road to Fredericksburg using a hyperlocal team of designers and constructors.
