The concept for this 7,500 square foot brewery and taproom is industrial warehouse meets English pub. Positioned just east of downtown San Antonio. The proposed site is within blocks of Alamo Beer Company brewery and directly adjacent to the Union Pacific rail. The design proposes an introverted, cozy parlor for the taproom, complete with tufted furniture, oak "snugs" (booths) and brass and black iron accents. In contrast to the taproom, a lively rooftop terrace leverages expansive skyline views as well as "skylight" views looking back down into the brewery.
